Tips for the best result

  • Take the photo in daylight facing a window, with a plain wall behind you. This gives the best result, even before any background change.
  • Keep your head straight, eyes open and mouth closed, and remove glasses if the rules ask for it.
  • Print the sheet at 100% or actual size. Do not use fit to page, or the photos will be the wrong size.
  • Rules change often, so check the official website of your passport office or embassy before you print.

Frequently asked questions

What is the passport photo size in Pakistan?

The Pakistan preset for passport, CNIC and visa photos is 35 × 45 mm, the same size used by India, the UK, Schengen countries and Australia in this tool. The photo is saved at 300 DPI. Always confirm the current size and rules with NADRA or the passport office before printing.

How do I make a 2 × 2 inch passport photo?

Choose USA – Passport / Visa or India – Visa from Country & document. Both use a 2 × 2 inch (51 × 51 mm) square. Position the face, pick a white background if needed, then click Make passport photo and download the photo or the print sheet.

Can I change the background to white?

Yes. Choose White, Light blue or Light gray under Background. An AI model running on your own device separates you from the background and fills it with the new color. The first time, the model downloads once, then your browser keeps it for next time.

How many photos fit on a 4 × 6 print sheet?

It depends on the photo size. The tool works out the best layout and turns the sheet to landscape when that fits more photos. The result shows the exact count, for example the number of 35 × 45 mm photos on a 4 × 6 inch sheet.

Will my photo be accepted by the passport office?

Img Stop gives you the correct size and resolution, but acceptance also depends on lighting, expression, head position, glasses and background. Each office has its own rules, so check the latest official guidance for your document. No tool can promise approval.
