About the Screenshot Beautifier
The Img Stop Screenshot Beautifier turns a plain screenshot into a clean, presentation ready image. It places your capture on a colorful gradient, adds space around it, rounds the corners and drops a soft shadow. You can also add a window bar in a light macOS style or a dark style, with the familiar red, yellow and green dots.
Raw screenshots often look flat and get lost on white web pages or social feeds. A framed screenshot stands out, looks professional and shows clearly where the app ends. Developers, designers, teachers and marketers use it for tweets, blog posts, slides and app store pictures. The result is saved as a sharp PNG, so text in the screenshot stays crisp.

Frequently asked questions
How do I add a background to a screenshot?
Add the screenshot to the Screenshot Beautifier and click a gradient swatch under Background. Use the Padding slider to decide how much background shows around the screenshot. Click Save image and download the new PNG with the background included.
Can I add a Mac style window frame to a Windows screenshot?
Yes. Choose macOS under Window frame and a light bar with red, yellow and green dots is drawn above any screenshot, from any device. Choose Dark for a dark bar, or None to keep only the rounded corners and shadow.
Why is the output a PNG and not a JPG?
Screenshots usually contain text, icons and sharp lines. PNG keeps these perfectly sharp with no blurry edges, while JPG can add smudges around letters. If you need a smaller file later, you can convert the PNG with the Image Converter.
Can I beautify several screenshots at once?
Yes. Add as many screenshots as you like. The same background, padding, frame and shadow settings are used for all of them, which keeps a series of images consistent. Download each one or press Download all (ZIP).
Will the quality of my screenshot change?
No. Your screenshot is drawn at its original pixel size. The background, frame and padding are added around it, so the final image is larger than the original, but the screenshot itself is not scaled or compressed.
