Quick answer

Add your PNG images to the Img Stop Sticker Maker, set the sticker size and the white border, and pick Cricut or Silhouette. The tool draws a smooth cut line around each design, arranges copies on a sheet that fits the print-then-cut area (6.75 × 9.25 in for Cricut) and lets you download the sticker PNGs, the sheet and SVG cut files.

About the Sticker Maker with Cut Lines

Print then cut sticker maker – Sticker Maker with Cut Lines

The Img Stop Sticker Maker turns any PNG with a transparent background – or an image on a plain white background – into ready-to-cut stickers. It adds a white offset border of the size you choose, traces one smooth outer cut line, and can join separate parts of a design into a single sticker so the machine cuts one clean shape.

Copies are packed onto a sheet that fits the Cricut print-then-cut area or a Letter / A4 page with room for Silhouette registration marks. You get a 300 DPI sheet PNG, single sticker PNGs, an SVG with only the cut lines and an SVG with the image and cut lines together. Everything happens in your browser.

When to use it

  • Make laptop, water bottle and planner stickers with a Cricut.

Tips for the best result

  • For photos with a busy background, remove it first with the Background Remover and use the PNG.
  • In Cricut Design Space, upload the sheet PNG as a complex image, keep the background transparent and set the width to 6.75 in.
  • In Silhouette Studio, turn on registration marks and keep the stickers inside the dashed area of the page.
  • A border of 2–4 mm hides small cutting errors; use a thicker border for small stickers.

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum print then cut size on a Cricut?

Cricut Design Space allows print then cut images up to 6.75 × 9.25 inches on Letter and A4 paper. The Cricut sheet option in this tool keeps all stickers inside that area.

How do I add a white border around a PNG for stickers?

Drop the PNG on the Img Stop Sticker Maker and set the White border slider. The border follows the shape of your design at the width you choose, and the cut line sits on its outer edge.

Which file do I upload to Cricut Design Space?

Upload the sheet PNG (or the single sticker PNGs) as an image with a transparent background. Design Space finds the outer edge and uses it as the cut line. The SVG files are for software that reads a separate cut layer, such as Silhouette Studio or Inkscape.

Can it remove a white background?

Yes. Choose Auto or Remove plain colour and adjust the tolerance. It removes the plain colour that touches the edges of the image. For photos, use the Background Remover first.

Why do some designs get bridges between parts?

With Join separate parts turned on, pieces that are far apart are connected with a smooth bridge so the machine cuts one sticker instead of many small ones. Turn it off to get a separate cut line around each part.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The stickers, sheet and cut files are made in your browser on your own device.
