Your files never leave your device. All processing happens in your browser.
Open the Img Stop Merge PDF tool and add your PDF files (JPG and PNG pictures work too). Drag the files into the order you want, or use the arrow buttons, and type page numbers if you only need some pages of a file. Click Merge PDF and download one combined PDF. Everything happens in your browser, so your files are never uploaded.
About the Merge PDF
Merge PDF joins several PDF files into one document in seconds. Add as many files as you like, put them in the right order by dragging, and choose which pages to keep from each file. You can also add photos or scans as JPG, PNG or WebP – each picture becomes a page, on A4, Letter or a page the same size as the picture.
The pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays sharp and selectable, links and fonts are kept, and nothing is converted to images. The tool runs fully on your device: your contracts, invoices and forms are never sent to a server, and there is no watermark, no sign up and no file limit.

Frequently asked questions
How do I merge PDF files for free?
Add your PDFs to Merge PDF, drag them into order and click Merge PDF. It is free, has no watermark and does not ask you to sign up.
Can I merge only some pages of a PDF?
Yes. Each PDF in the list has a pages box. Type the pages you want, for example 1-3, 7, and only those pages are added. Leave it empty to use all pages.
Can I combine PDF and JPG files?
Yes. Add JPG, PNG or WebP images together with your PDFs. Each image becomes one page. You can choose A4, Letter or a page the same size as the picture.
Does merging reduce the quality?
No. The pages are copied into the new file as they are. Text stays selectable and pictures keep their quality.
Why was one of my PDFs added as pictures?
Some PDFs are protected against changes. They can still be opened, but their pages cannot be copied, so the tool adds them as page images instead. A PDF that needs a password to open cannot be merged until you remove the password.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDFs are read and merged by your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
